Kanye West has set a new release date for his Jesus Is King album.
Advertisment
The rapper tweeted that he will release the record on Friday, October 25 - a date that coincides with the unveiling of a documentary film that follows the recording of the album. The film will be released in select IMAX cinemas across the US, while UK screenings have yet to be announced.
Jesus Is King was originally announced with a release date of September 27. That date was pushed back by two days but the album remained unreleased.
Since then, Kanye has held listening sessions for the album at his famous Sunday Services; the last took place in Kingston, Jamaica last weekend (Oct. 20).
